Does StateGain charge members for utilities?

StateGain does not charge members for utilities. Water, air conditioning, heat, electricity, and Internet are all paid for by Pinnacle Wells and are included in the cost of your monthly membership.


What is the Service Retainer?

The service retainer you are required to provide serves as financial protection for StateGain in the event of any unpaid balances associated with your account. It’s a standard practice for all members and it will be returned to you at the end of your membership agreement.

The service retainer amount is determined based on your monthly membership fee, office location and your payment method.

Please note that switching payment methods may result in an adjustment to the service retainer we require to keep on file


What are the different types of membership options that StateGain offers?

StateGain offers three plans to its members. Below are the details of each membership type:



Hot Desk:


  • Included access to any available desk in the common area of your favorite StateGain Hot Desk location. Just bring your laptop, pick an open seat, and get to work.


Dedicated Desks (designated desks in a shared office)


  • Includes a desk of your own in a shared space. No need to bring your monitor or desk plant with you when you leave. You’ll set up shop in the same spot each day and it is secure.


Private Offices


  • Includes executive office space of your own that can accommodate teams of 1 to 100+ and grow with your business.


If you would like to make changes to your membership, please submit a support request and your Community Management team will assist.


What businesses does StateGain Support?

When it comes to the StateGain community, business type knows no bounds. Our members run the gamut from entrepreneurs, freelancers, and startups, to artists, small businesses, and even divisions of large corporations. No matter what type of business you have, we’re glad to welcome you to our community.


What is StateGain Cancellation Policy?

StateGain requires that members give notice by the last business day of the month prior to moving out. For example, if you want to move out at the end of June, you must give notice by 6 p.m. on the last business day of May. StateGain doesn’t allow exceptions to this rule.





What payment methods does StateGain offer? How do I change my current payment method?

Payment method options depend on what market you are in and will appear on your membership agreement during the signing process. You will need to provide payment information for each StateGain location you have space in. You can change your payment method or update your payment info at any time with community manager.


When is my Service Retainer due? When is my first monthly membership fee due?

Service retainers are due before your move-in date. We will collect your service retainer between your signing date and your move-in date. Your first month’s membership fee is due on the first of the month. Please note that you must pay both fees before moving into your StateGain


When are Late Fees applied?

if we have not received a monthly payment from you, you (Primary Member) will receive a non-payment notice on the 10th of the month along with a 10% late fee charge. If we do not receive payment from you during the month, you will continue to receive non-payment notices.  If you believe you have received a late payment notice in error and you have already remitted payment, please send proof of your bank payment confirmation to the Billing team or your Community Management team.




What kind of Start-ups can apply?

We are looking for early stage start-ups with staring technical capabilities. We are industry agnostic and are open to meeting start-ups from all industries, looking to set up their business operations in the US.


How do I apply for the accelerator program?

Can I apply as a sole founder?

Yes, We will support you in all ways possible

Our start-ups has outsourched software development, are we eligible to apply?

Yes as long as you have the technical capabilities

Will our info be kept confidential?

Yes only our advisers and community will have the access to the info regarding your business


Do we need a business plan and a presentation?

We prefer you have a presentation to get a sense of how you pitch and you do not need a business plan we will go over that in the meeting.

What is an ACCELERATOR program?

Funding is only a small part of what we do, our main goal is to support the start-ups in all the ways possible.
